Freaky Wizard has many awesome spaces that you can rent for your celebrations, meetings, games, or clubs. The chart below lists the packages we have available. Each of these can be customized to your needs. HST will be charged in addition to the price listed.

Great Hall

Rent the Great Hall for 2 hours, a private, incredibly decorated space at the back of Freaky Wizard. The cost includes two large tables with chairs; access to the Freaky Wizard game library.

The room is suitable for 10 people (extra guest are $5 per person)

Must pre-pay and book ahead to reserve this space.
Drinks must be purchased from the bar otherwise a $50 fee will be added.
Outside food may be brought in.

Junior Wizard Party

Junior wizards love to party on their birthday or other special occasions. This package includes rental of the Great Hall for 2 hours for up to 8 children plus 2 adults, setup and clean-up fee, and the following magical features:

Birthday cake with child's name on it,
Awesome magically decorated room,
Streamers and birthday banner catered to your child's favourite theme,
Two large tables and chairs,
Loot bag for each child (includes themed treats and trinkets that kids love),
Two large bowls of chips or popcorn,
Access to Freaky Wizard’s game library.
Drinks must be purchased from the bar otherwise a $50 fee will be added.

Wizard’s Affair

Rent the Great Hall by the hour for almost any reason. Hold your business meeting, social gathering, adult’s birthday, cosplay social, or any other cool purpose you might have.

Freaky Wizard Castle

For those really special events where you need lots of room to flutter your robes and wave your wand, you can rent the entire Freaky Wizard Castle.

Maximum capacity is 28 people.
Two Freaky Wizard staff on duty, with café bar open for paid service.
Drinks must be purchased from the bar.
Outside food may be brought in.
Access to the main Freaky Wizard café area and tables and The Great Hall.
Access to the Freaky Wizard game library.
Access to sound system and PA.
Room set-up and clean-up included.

D&D

Package

Want to play D&D in our Great Hall? Will your game last for several hours? This package is for you.

Rent our Great Hall for $10/hr plus $5 per player. The fee covers the use of the room and our clean up fee.

ALL FOOD and DRINKS must be purchased from our cafe. No outside food is permitted.

Session can begin as early as noon on the day of the booking and must end by closing time (10 PM or 8 PM on Sundays).
