Shipping policy

SHIPPING COMMITMENT

FREAKY WIZARD is committed to shipping your orders to you quickly, efficiently, safely, and securely. We ship worldwide using Canada Post. For larger orders we can arrange a custom shipping option.  We specialize in shipping to locations in Canada, USA and Europe - in most cases your package will arrive within seven days; locations further away can take up to 60 days to arrive.

SHIPPING RATES

We use Canada Post as our shipping solution. Rates are calculated by Canada Post based on the size (total length =  L + W + H) and weight of the order. Our standard shipping package is 30 cm x 20 cm x 15cm, weighing 200g.  Other packaging or boxes will be used for larger and smaller orders which can affect the total shipping cost. 

CANADIAN SPECIAL RATES

When shipping in Canada, we offer two Small Package - Regular Mail rates; one orders less than 30g and less than 100g. These are mailed out in padded envelopes.

If you need your order quickly we offer Expedited Parcel, Priority and Xpresspost option. Use one of these options if you require a Tracking Number.

RATES FOR REST OF THE WORLD

If your order is shipping to locations outside of Canada, we offer several shipping options. The cost for your order is calculated by Canada Post using the parameters associated with the services listed below:

  • International Parcel Surface
  • Small Packet International Air
  • Small Packet International Surface
  • Tracked Packet International
  • Xpresspost International

In some cases our customers may have to pay duties when receiving the order in their respective country. This fee is in addition to any shipping fees charged by Freaky Wizard. This payment is not associated with Freaky Wizard, it is charged and collected by the Customs Agency of your country.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed. Freaky Wizard usually processes your order within one day but sometimes the order is delayed by weekends, holidays, or other factors. If there are significant delays Freaky Wizard will contact the customer directly.
